Von Clausewitz – der grosse
Krieg, der kleine Krieg und die Taktik
Aus dem Buch „NIEDERGANG“ von Michel Onfray lerne
ich, dass der Kriegstheoretiker von Clausewitz die wichtigsten Kriegstaktiken
der Welt schrieb und die AMI-Generale bis hin zu Terroristen und bin Laden
ergötzen sich am Werk.
Da ich einen englischen Text schrieb zu dieser Sache
(siehe Beilage) will ich einen philosophischen Text hier noch anfügen:
Der Grosse Krieg
Nicht nur Napoleon oder Cäsar glaubten, die Welt zu
erobern durch Kriege, sondern seit 1945 versuchten dies auch die USA und ihre 10
Sau-Präsidenten.
Sie errichteten also nach Clausewitz die mächtigste
Atommacht der Erde von allen Zeiten, nur zum Zweck, nutzlose Kriege zu
verbreiten, Millionen von Menschen zu ermorden und am Schluss die
Erdbevölkerung mit Atomwaffen auszulöschen.
Insofern war die Idee von Clausewitz purer Blödsinn
und diente nur der Waffenindustrie und einer Vernichtung der globalen Kräfte im
Kapitalismus und Neoliberalismus.
Der Kleine Krieg
Es ist möglich, die USA, China, Indien, Russland und
alle Länder zu zerstören per kleinen Kriegen.
Die Verbreitung einer Pandemie mit tödlichen Krankheiten,
die Stilllegung des Netzes, die Stromabschaltung in Ländern, die Vergiftung der
Wasserversorgung und die Ermordung der Machtklicke mit einer Bombe allein oder Flugabsturz
provozieren, kann solche Nationen vernichten und Empires ins Verderben stürzen.
Die Terroristen müssen nur dies tun.
Taktik
Es ist Unsinn, für Schlachten eine Taktik zu erfinden
und am Schluss verrecken 5 Millionen auf der einen Seite und 4,5 Millionen der Idioten
auf der anderen.
Dagegen ist der stille Krieg von kleinen aber sehr
intelligenten Gruppen viel, viel effektvoller und ein Guerillakrieg ist einer
Macht mit Billionen von Dollar-Investitionen, um riesigen Zahlen und Effekte weit überlegen.
Und nun der versprochene
Text in English:
Letter Exchange of George and Master
of Terror
Story about a
stupid man who wanted to save the World
(Report of Secret Service: Where
World's terrorism found its Origin)
Once upon a
time, a man with name George was born who did not understand anything of the
mechanics of this world. Therefore, he grew more and more angry, seeing how
major politicians became real criminals, environment was destructed for the
sake of profits of rich people, resources were used up, leaving no real chances
to future generations, media became more and more cynical and pitiless in their
shreddering of daily news.
So, this stupid
went to a big mountain, reached its top and shouted in the round: "I want
to save this bloody world!" Some eagles looked astonished on this little
crazy chap and wondered: "Who is this human, shouting around like hell,
chasing away all the mice and other animals, we just wanted to pick up?"
But the sad guy continued to shout towards the bright horizon: "I will
save the world by destructing it. That's the only way to wake up civilisation
and strive for a better present of humanity."
Back home in
his Alp chalet, George wrote the following Letter to one of the biggest
terrorists, down in the wideness of Asia
deserts:
"Dear
Master of terror
Ich bin George
und komme aus dem Bush. I have some bright ideas how to save the world by
destructing it. There is no sense in doing it with airplanes crashing in big
centres. This is no real terror. We must find better and more efficient ways.
Take as an
example the elimination of a big stupid in politics who develops all effects to
destroy our base of living and to make dull the majorities voting for him.
There is no chance of getting him, surrounded by body guards, unless you
install somewhere a precise gun directed on the place where this odd guy would
have one of his innumerable speeches. A simple shot and all nations will be
released of mass-stupidity produced by one insane brain. This should have been
done with Hitler and Stalin and the last century would have been totally
different. Why not using this lesson for the 21st century?
Why instructing
youth to get on planes trying to make them explode? What a useless lecture!
Learn from regular armies: No general would let his soldiers capture a hostile
plane; anti-plane-guns and -missiles would do it much easier. Get them from the
ground. Anyway, dear master, it's so easy. A very good idea would be to
convince Saddam Hussein to blow up as many oil-wells as ever possible thus
poisoning air and grounds with long-term effects for our climate. Or convince a
dictator of a hegemonic state, some chief of a crazy democracy = dictatorship
of dull majorities, to assist a powerful friend in starting an
anti-terrorist-attack against another little and innocent nation, belonging to
an ethnologic group of one billion folks, identifying themselves with that
small state, such increasing hatred and terrorism for the next 50 years.
It's already
done? Sorry, I missed it because I'm living on top of the Alps,
not reading any newspapers or looking scrap-TV of Murdoch or Berlusconi. And so
I have time making studies for saving our world. What you think about the
following idea? Just put some physicians in the slums of a big town of a
hegemonic nation and let them develop some atomic scrap. This will do for a
while. What about spreading a little bit of slow-developing and deadly poison
in the centre of a water supply system by privatisation? Or put surprisingly a
cutter on the point where ultra-fast planes set up in the air? It's not
difficult to find ways of destruction if you don't leave the task to little
children.
One should, in
these days, think of opportunities that might clear our minds, before a big
master of neo-conservatism produces an Orwell-World out of his and other
countries. Got it? Great damage can be caused without one single hour in
pilot-school or explosives in Coca-bottles... Why not placing a little data- or
real bomb in www.searching-systems - and we see the world's mass of useless
information-flows break down, since all stupid companies outsourced their major
data in order to maximize profits? Thanks for answering to my bright ideas in
the next few days. George out of the Bush."
After a month
or so, the Chief of terror sent a responding Letter to our insane chap who
wanted to be elected President some day by queer assistance of High Judges,
with the following contents:
"Dear
George
Ich Bin Laden
und komme aus Saudi Arabia.
It is with great pleasure that I have noticed your proposals for even greater
terror on Earth than we have planned already. But our think-tank has found your
proposals to produce only small effects. One of the proposed blows of yours…
and we will have a Huxley-world and I can't visit anymore my private
coast-resort for wellness-holidays.
We have
profoundly studied the question and have arrived at the conclusion that the
best way, with major effects to better the world by destroying it, would be as
follows:
- Our master of hegemonic stupidity should
continue to develop terrorism in the world and we can put our hands in the
pockets, accept the beautiful results - and have wellness-holidays wherever we
want.
- Planes, cars and houses should continue to
spread billions of tons of poisoning petrol, fuel, Diesel and kerosene over
this world. This is the most efficient destructing machinery ever thought. This
will do for the last resources and energy stuffs and it will create a climate
of deadly effects. Flowers and humans will see the astonishing effects in every
corner or slum of the world soon.
- Let governments continue to increase
gigantesque towers of indebtedness and those will tumble on stock exchanges,
banks, insurances, old age and health care. It's only a question of time and
the biggest states on Earth will fall in bankruptcy - like a normal family
would do without money left on bank accounts.
- The stupidity in media and Internet should be
left developing in direction where naivety and banal matters are the real
measure of reasoning. We don't need any bombs in any major data-centre systems.
The human logics that lexical knowledge would better empty brains and would
finally result in eternal happiness, is such a huge error that it will bring us
- instead of freedom and wellness - only a final chaos and terror in spirit in
this exploding Orwell-world. Be sure of that, dear friend. Bin Laden."
Now, this is
the end of a nasty fairy-tale because our friend realized finally that this
world cannot be saved by any means in the line of normal and pragmatic
reasoning. And therefore, he jumped before the eyes of the astonished eagles
downwards from the highest peak and was silenced forever. And thus, we will
never learn if his proposals and the answer of a Chief of terror will have any
effects on our future daily life.
That's all
folks, for the time being. Let's shed a tear about the death and the vain illusions
of our lonesome chap in the Alps… and try to
understand, why this fable is not as stupid as it appears when it's read only
one time.
