The famous 99 percent don't really understand philosophies and theories in economics and their effects. They believe in whatever VIPs in politics, science, economy or religion would tell them. They believe what TV and Radio Stations and press and online devices diffuse on a daily basis and over 365 days a year - since decenniums if not centuries.
There is no harm for the 99 percent to do so. But it is a fact that we have a world, a planet Earth, as it is, because those famous 99 percent and their marvellous VIP do exist and can't grasp what is happening.
Well aware that I must get further into details to make understand the point.
Politics and the 99 percent
Whatever Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Ronald Reagan, GW Bush, Blair, Obama or Putin or Singh or Hu and Wen told you, there were times, 99 percent of their folks believed in it. This is alright. In the given circumstances, what they said seemed alright, although when seen back from the future, it was nuts.
Politicians are the ones who justify whatever their scientists, philosophers, high brains in economy, bankers in the City of London
It is not a problem of a given FORM of government: Democracy, dictatorship, autocracy, oligarchy, congress dictations or else: All preach growth, greed, ever lasting happiness, endless reserves for resources and energy, feasibility, nice forms of agriculture and industry. All of them, whatever of conservative, social or liberal or Marxist Party you take, they all tell to the famous 99 percent the same tricks and stupidities and make them believe, there is a difference between Republicans and Democrats.
Economy and the 99 percent
We live in a neo-liberal Capitalism, still today. The idea that greatest profits, hugeness in banks and conglomerates with their billion-mergers would help majorities to make money, is the ideal of ALL theorists of economy that ever existed. They preached growth and of making cash for the happy few of privileged folks and all of them believed in the trickle-down effect - rich VIP would, when getting richer, make richer too the poorer folks.
Not one Journal, TV station, famous editors or Dynamite Prize holder would say: "We are living in only ONE of thousands of possible systems of economy and it will prove to have been one of the worst, because it will end in a complete and final world disaster----" On the contrary, all pretended the best of consequences, made a fuss about nothing and the Crooks could have an easy sleep, because the masses of the famous 99 percent would function in the same one-eyed direction as the scientists who are responsible for craziness in traffic, pollution, exhausting the treasures of a small planet.
This was okay, as long as it worked. However, it did and will no longer work from the year 1975 onwards.
Philosophy and the 99 percent
Well, most people wouldn't give a Dime on any philosophy. What can it be good for? Why should we be worried about philosophy, when the politicians, the scientists and the economists tell us today, we are living in the "Best World of them all"?
But even the little number of heads, lovely philosophies writing new modern philosophies, those happy few, accept the STATUS QUO blindly, they accept any crazy ideals of the politicians, scientists and economists. Afterwards, they tell us: "Reality of the low folks is not our business. The future of the planet is not our business. We care of the Behaviourism of populations and we study the past and want to know nothing of the future. Who predicts the future, is not serious. In fact, such a person is an idiot and a bluffer--- we know better, nothing of nothing---"
Well, it's okay not wanting understand, for example that the present humanity is a result of past philosophies, theories on economics and the application of them by politicians, scientists and CEOs - but don't cry me a river, when Stock exchanges and banks and hedge funds, based on orthodox brains, tumble to hell with all of your savings, your jobs, your homes and the future of your children.
You were free to think a little bit on your own IQ, have own intellect about the real existing reality, sold you for a Dime by crooks, for some nice sleeps at night in illusions. It had always been the decision of the famous 99 percent, to live as you live - in all times and still today - and serving some Elite who laugh their heads off. They have all - you have nothing.
Religion and the 99 percent
In fact - ALL is religion. Such a thing like an Atheist does not exist. We live in an eternity of time and endlessness of space and not one person can explain the Universe - just as not one POPE was ever able to explain the existence of a GOD. But they believed in burning Witches. Therefore, it is impossible not to believe in something "above us".
So, you believe in Popes or in other religious Leaders, of Christianity, Catholicism, Lutherism, Evangelism, Marxism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, Maoism, Liberalism, Reaganomics, Friedmanism, Bushism, Putinism, Obamaism - and some other "-isms". For sure, you believe in guys in funky cloths, who killed millions of innocents in all times of the past:
You believe in those who tortured hundred thousands of normal women and burnt them alive in a fire. You believe in terrorists killing innocents in the fight for ultimate "one-religion-world" of their own. You believe in terrorists, that later became freedom-fighters. You believed on conquerors killing all original folks in America Africa . You believe in those Chaps from USA telling that students, editors, lawyers, if socialists, should be tortured to death in hundreds of torture cellars in South and Central America, you believe in bloody black forces, killing and violating folks in Africa with children armies, you believe in any big shot of IMF or Worldbank, you believe in hegemony, killing 3 million Vietnamese for good reasons or giving all wealth of the country to a handful of Oligarchs in Moscow or some rotten Golden Boys of Beijing.
You certainly do not believe in just any or ALL of the mentioned idiots, but you, the 99 percent, believe by all means at least in some of them, for example Thatcher or Blair, de Gaulle or Sarkozy, Mussolini or Berlusconi, JFK, Bush or Obama, Stalin or Putin, Mao or Hu and Wen, Gandhi or Singh or bin Laden, the old Eidgenossen with their 7 Dwarfs of Berne, and you believe in Hitler or Merkel and similar nice figures, heroes of your Land.
Sure there are differences in ethics and background. The point is: At given times, 99 percent of folks believed in their VIPs like in a God.
What is the harm of the famous 99 percent?
Apart from having wars, torturing of the unhappy few, letting all money for the richest tax-free Crooks, dictators on jobs and savings and housing for the middle class and poor, there is nothing wrong with Popes, Obama equal to Bush, Mandarins preparing the Crash of China or India, scientists still preaching a marvellous future, economy cracks wanting to restart the craze on exhaustion of your bank accounts, oil fields, establishing huge future Slums in Dubai or telling to folks in Chechnya, that destroying ancient towns and rebuilding some modern slums would be fine politics.
What about the famous ONE percent?
Very sorry, I can't see it, the famous ONE percent. Where is it, the famous one percent? Where are the folks shouting: "Look out, the masters of empires have no cloths on their bodies. They tell us lies from the morning to the evening about future effects of the past and the present. They tell us that we live under principles of philosophy and ideals of theorists in economy, that are nuts if applied under mass-laws. The planet is changing into never measurable threats of climate and weather, got completely out of its balance, and we all are soon fighting against each other for the rest-resources on a rotten planet with its very small film of a poisoned atmosphere all around it."
It's okay, when the 99 percent do not think about reality as it is.
But, where are the famous ONE percent, when we can see only those very modern Philosophers who make us believe in funny ideals of "individual freedom", when doing whatever the mighty forces tell us, to believe in any God, all those who preach: Have democracy and a God - and all will be fine. Where are the ones who can still guarantee to 10 billions some better methods in health care, no wars, no crash and a better agriculture, under spell of some fine G-20 or Kyoto
Now, if you understood some sentences of this report, you may, some day in future, belong to the ONE percent minority. If not, don't ever ask again - "WHO the hell are the famous 99 percent mentioned in the books and articles, written by this illiterate idiot?"
The famous 99 percent live in a reality, as if there would never have been a better world, without explosion of population to 10 billions of headless masses, that cannot be nourished by their VIPs, given clear water and jobs, guaranteeing jobs and a future without exhausted grounds and lessening reserves of energy, based on governments with most stupid heads, better known as Democracies = dictatorships of dull majorities. You are the ones to bring always to power some superstars with the most cunning promises. If only politicians would for once not throw sand in the eyes of their voters - and we could start rebuilding a planet that works.
However, today by the end, we can only experience deadly growth, modernism, feministic style and gay design, greed, sun, fun and nothing to do - in a marvellous "don't worry - be happy" Hollywood-reality.
